All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for review:

Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

Must include proof of damage (clear photos/videos of packaging and item)

Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
If approved, we will issue a refund or replacement depending on availability.
Return Approval Required
Do not send any items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
If a return is approved, the item must be shipped back in unworn condition.

Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
