Processing Times

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a valid tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

If an item is a pre-order, it will be clearly listed in the product description before purchase.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.

Lost, Damaged, or Unclaimed Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us and we will assist you with resolving the issue.

Any unclaimed packages returned back to us by the carrier will be sent back to our facility.
